Green Cities Leadership Continuum
A transparent progression connecting student service, graduate continuity, community delivery and national programme opportunities.
Leadership development
The continuum protects institutional memory while ensuring that prior membership never substitutes for integrity, competence, delivery or willingness to accept responsibility.
A secure leadership talent pool recording demonstrated chapter contribution, project results and continued-service interest.
Nominations are supported by activity records, project evidence, training completion and references where appropriate.
Defined criteria, conflict declarations and documented decisions protect the credibility of appointments.
Members update graduation and mobilisation status, service state, pathway interest and alumni affiliation.
After national service, members can transition into State Chapters, technical networks, mentoring or project roles.
Exceptional contributors may be considered for Fellow, Ambassador, Assembly, Summit and defined programme responsibilities.
Structured progression
Placement on the Outstanding Graduate Leadership Register does not guarantee appointment, travel, payment or a leadership position.
