A proposed demonstration model for environmentally sustainable corridor renewal, smart infrastructure and public-private collaboration across Uvwie and Okpe LGAs in Delta State.
The indicative corridor runs from the DSC Flyover, including the 200-metre connection toward the East–West Road, through PTI Flyover/Roundabout and Effurun Roundabout Flyover to Osubi Road and Osubi Airport Roundabout. It is designed to create a Green Spillover Effect and Sustainable Urban Magnetism through:
